"A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have."(Thomas Jefferson)
IF you think this NATION isn't being ripped at its core, you
better wake up or dig for facts to support your view that we are OK.
Our President has a
1950's 3rd World view of us as the Oppressor and all these other nations are
the victims and we OWE them, in his own words in his book. Since his election,
this President and the Democratic lead Congress and Senate,
have rammed down our throats more debt than ALL THE PRESIDENTS before him added
together. THIS IS NOT BUSHS' FAULT! Democrat, has been
the majority vote up to the end of 2010.
Look at the postings in the
Social Media realm, we used to be a bunch of friends that hung out, posted
social stuff, had similar views and thoughts. We never
rallied or "spoke out" much, we may have wrote
letters to the editor or spoke out in our familiar groups, not much more.
What changed, was the newly elected Executive Branch 2008. No we
didn't vote for what is there, but that isn't to say we wouldn't stand back to
"see what they would do" see what all this touted "Hope and
Change" was all about, who knows maybe it would be better. What has
transpired since the election in November of 2008, Inauguration on January 20,
2009 is appalling. It doesn't matter how you "feel" about it, the
facts speak for themselves.
Is this Hope and
Change?
An Inauguration
Ball that cost US/the taxpayer millions
Bowing deeper to all other countries, than as equals
Apologizing to other countries for our actions, sueing
states within our own boundaries, turning them into the UN for "Human
Rights Violations"! These other countries ask us for assistance, then stab
us in the back
Shoving "Health Care Reform" down our throats when "we the
people" said no
Appointing Czars, judges or officials without the nomination or vetting process
Hindering any ability to repair one of this countries WORST environmental
disasters by the government's red tape
Proposing Cap and Trade, when "we the people" say no, attempting to
push it through prior to the November 2010 Elections
A National Tax that is being pushed through as we write this today
No honest questioning of candidates when in front of the nomination committee,
which isnt often, as they are implemented as CZARS and given more rights that
nominated officials and have more power than the President.
Bribery
Lies
STOMPING on our Rights and attempting to remove our FREEDOMS at every
opportunity
This is only a bit of what is out there, look the
facts up yourself. Don't believe everything you are told by the media outlets.
Have you read this Arizona Law? We have and there is nothing in there that is
different than the Federal Law.
Have you read any of the bill on Health Care? We
have read some and WE ARE ALL HOSED! There is Rationing of care, death panel
and jail and/or penalties if you don't comply.
Some
bullet points:
The employer mandate tax,
this one is on page 348 and this is also like the other one awaiting
the CPO score on this. If an employer does not offer health care coverage and
at least one employee, qualifies for a health tax credit the employer must pay
an additional
nondeductible tax of $750 for all full-time employees. If
the employee requires a waiting period to enroll there is a $400 tax per
employee, $600 if the period is 60 days.
Then
the Corporate 1099 miscellaneous information reporting this is
going to require businesses to send a 1099 MISC information tax forms to
corporations currently limited to individuals, a huge compliance burden for
small employers.
Then
the elimination of the tax deduction for employer
provided retirement prescription drug coverage in coordination with Medicare
part D.
It is going to raise the medical itemized deductions from 7.5 percent to 10
percent of AGI (adjusted Gross Income). So most cannot deduct
medical costs now.
There
is the hike in Medicare payroll tax, current law changes are
first - current and new rate of the first 200,000 you currently pay on your
wages for your employees, the employer pays 1.45, the employee pays 1.5. The self-employment net income is 2.9
percent tax. Now, the new rate is 1.45 percent for employee and 1.95 for the employer
and self employed. The .5 percent new rate addition is
not deductible by the way for the self-employment so if you are self-employed
you can't.
The individual mandate tax for
anyone not buying the government approved health insurance, must pay an income surtax according to the following schedule. If you
are single you will pay an extra $95, on top of the monthly cost which is
more than your paying now. Then next year you will pay an extra $350 and
then an increase to an extra $750. If you decide not to buy qualifying health
insurance you will pay an extra $2,250 and risk jail time for not complying. On page 12,997,
section 9003 there is the medicine cabinet tax. You are no longer allowed to
use health savings accounts, you are no longer allowed
to use flexible spending accounts or health reimbursement on pretax dollars to
purchase nonprescription over-the-counter medicines except for insulin.
A hike in Medicare payroll tax, current law changes first and new rate the employee pays
1.5.
Of
course Union, State or Federal plans are exempt, Many
States are now exempt, go figure. So the average person
is going to be paying a penalty for our health insurance.
Do you have available your portion of a trillion dollars to pay up?

Part 1
In just two years, Remember the election
in 2006?
Thought you might like to read the following:
A little over one year ago:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) The unemployment rate was 4.5%.
Since voting in a Democratic Congress in 2006 we have seen:
1) Consumer confidence plummet;
2) The cost of regular gasoline soar to over $3.50 a gallon;
3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase);
4) American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value evaporate
(stock and mutual fund losses);
5) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $1.2 trillion dollars;
6) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.
America voted for change in 2006, and we
got it!
Remember it's
Congress that makes law not the President. He has to work with what's handed to him.
2008 Quote of the Day........'My friends, we live in the greatest
nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try
to change it.' -- Barack Obama
Part 2:
Taxes...Whether Democrat or a Republican you will find these statistics
enlightening and amazing.
www.taxfoundation.org/publications/show/151.html
Taxes under Clinton 1999 Taxes under Bush 2008
Single making 30K - tax
$8,400   Single making 30K - tax $4,500
Single making 50K - tax
$14,000   Single making 50K - tax $12,500
Single making 75K - tax
$23,250   Single making 75K - tax $18,750
Married making 60K - tax $16,800   Married making 60K- tax $9,000
Married making 75K - tax $21,000   Married making 75K - tax $18,750
Married making 125K - tax $38,750   Married making 125K - tax $31,250
Both democratic candidates will return to the higher tax rates
It is amazing how many people that fall into the categories above, think Bush is screwing them and Bill Clinton was the greatest President ever. If Obama or Hillary are elected, they both said they will repeal the Bush tax cuts and a good portion of the people that fall into the categories above, that didnt happen thankfully.
This is like the movie The Sting with Paul Newman; you scam somebody out
of some money and they don't even know what happened.

Why are we THAT stupid?
Difference between a Democrat and a Republican:
A young woman was about to finish her first year of
college. Like so many others her age, she considered herself to be a very
liberal Democrat, and among other liberal ideals, was very much in favor of
higher taxes to support more government programs, in other words redistribution
of wealth.
She was deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Republican, a
feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures that she had
participated in, and an occasional chat with various professors, she felt that
her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what he
thought should be his.
One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes on the
rich and the need for more government programs. The self-professed objectivity
proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her
father. He responded by asking how she was doing in school.
Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him
know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that she was taking a very
difficult course load and was constantly studying, which left her no time to go
out and party like other people she knew. She didn't even have time for a
boyfriend, and didn't really have many college friends because she spent all
her time studying.
Her father listened and then asked, 'How is your friend Audrey doing?'
She replied, 'Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy
classes, she never studies, and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. She is so
popular on campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited to
all the parties and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes the next
day because she's too hung over.'
Her wise father asked his daughter, 'Why don't you go to the Dean's
office and ask him to deduct 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who
only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that
would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA.'
The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired back,
'That's a crazy idea. That would not be fair! I've worked really
hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work!
Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while
I worked my tail off!'
The father slowly smiled, winked and said gently, 'Welcome to the Republican
party.'
I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as
it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, in my case, I am required to pass a random urine test, with which
I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the distribution
of my taxes going to people who don't have to pass a urine test.
Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a
welfare check, because I have to pass
one to earn it for them?
Please understand, I have no
problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other
hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their butt - doing drugs,
while I work. . . Can you imagine how much money each state would save if
people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check? Guess we could title that program, 'Urine or
You're Out'.
Maybe we are all wrong and should vote
Democrat!
We Should vote Democrat because English has no place being the
official language in America.
We Should vote Democrat because I'd rather pay $4 for a gallon
of gas than allow drilling for oil off the coasts or in America.
We Should vote Democrat because oil companies' 5% profit on a
gallon of gas are obscene, but government taxes of 18% on the same gallon of
gas are just fine.
We Should vote Democrat because I think the government will do
a better job of spending my money than I could.
We Should vote Democrat because when we pull out of Afghanistan and Iraq, I know the Islamic terrorists
will stop trying to kill us because they'll think we're a good and
decent country.
We Should vote Democrat because I believe people who can't tell
us if it will rain in two or three days, can now tell us the polar ice caps
will disappear in ten years if I don't start riding a bicycle, build a windmill
or inflate my tires to proper levels.
We Should vote Democrat because it's alright to kill millions
of babies as long as we keep violent, convicted murderers on death row alive.
We Should vote Democrat because I believe businesses in America should not be allowed to make profits.
Businesses should just break even and give the rest to the government so
politicians and bureaucrats can redistribute the money the way they think it
should be redistributed.
We Should vote Democrat because I believe guns, and not the
people misusing them, are the cause of crimes and killings.
We Should vote Democrat because when someone with a weapon
threatens my family or me, I know the government can respond faster through a
call to 911 than I can with a gun in my hand.
We
Should vote Democrat because I believe three or four elitist liberals should
rewrite the Constitution every few months to suit some fringe element that
could never get their agenda past voters.
We
Should vote Democrat because illegal aliens are not criminals, are not sucking
up resources through government aid, hospital services, education, or social
services, but are just people trying to make a better life by coming to America
illegally. We can't blame them for that, can we?
We Should vote Democrat because now I can now marry whatever I
want, so I've decided to marry my horse.
Makes you wonder why
anyone would ever vote Republican, doesn't it? Personally I want a DIVORCE
Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives,
socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters, et al:
We have stuck together since the late 1950's, but the whole of this latest
election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated
each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly,
this relationship has run its course. Our two ideological sides of America
cannot and will not ever agree on what is right so let's just end it on
friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and
go our own way.
Here
is a model separation agreement:
Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a
portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come
to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective
representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such
distinct and disparate tastes.
We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome
to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war,
we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military. You can keep
Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell (You are, however, responsible
for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them).
We'll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies,
Wal-Mart and Wall Street. You can have your beloved homeless, homeboys, hippies
and illegal aliens. We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and
rednecks. We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood.
You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to
invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war
protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we'll help
provide them security.
We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values.. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology,
Humanism and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N..
but we will no longer be paying the bill.
We'll keep the SUVs, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon you
can find.
You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors. We'll
continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right. We'll keep The
Battle Hymn of the Republic and the National Anthem. I'm sure you'll
be happy to substitute Imagine, I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, Kum Ba Ya
or We Are the World.
We'll practice trickle down economics and you can give trickle up poverty your
best shot. Since it often so offends you, we'll keep our history, our name and
our flag.
